I'm feeling kind of reflective this week. In 2 more days (October 20), it will be a year since I released πππ€π¬ ππ₯ πΎπ€π£πππππ£π© β£, and all the feelings from that week and all the weeks before writing it are flooding back.β£
While naming what you feel can be difficult, you can take faster leaps in your personal growth and confidence journey for what's next when you learn to do it efficiently. Have you ever tried it? Try naming what you feel beyond happy, sad, bad or angry. It's a real skill.β£

Right now, I'm remembering the feelings of being worried that the launch would go ok, that people would receive my heart-on-pages volume the way I intended and that I had all the technical bits resolved. β£

I learned to dispel all that fear to flip the feelings and embrace seeing the whole thing as a surprising adventure. That helped me feel courageous and excited instead.β£

A year later, after seeing the adventure unfold, I feel something else - a bi-product of courage and excitement. I feel proud and content at how the book and its message have reached those who need it. β£

I still get DMs, messages and emails about how my words and chapters have helped my readers (some as far away as Belgium) find new resilience and courage to share their brilliance. This makes me above all feel very, very optimistic about what's possible for all who have read it and those who will read it in the years to come.β£

I told my editor last year that this book was my "when I'm dust project" so that when my time is finished here, it will be a tiny whisper of what I give to those clients who transform completely in my direct mentorship. That's what makes me feel most proud of all - it's my essence on pages - forever. And that makes me feel very, very happy.β£
